- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Experience with routine maintenance of ground, buildings, and/or machinery.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
- Ability to move from job to job quickly and efficiently.
- Passion for learning and growing while helping others.
- Not required, but a CDL would be great.
- Perform the mail pickup and delivery for each department as scheduled.
- Prepare outgoing mail and deliver to the United States Postal Service.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that machines continue to run smoothly, building systems operate efficiently, and the physical condition of buildings does not deteriorate.
- Diagnose mechanical issues and determine how to correct them, referring to blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalog as necessary.
- Record type and cost of maintenance or repair work using internal computer systems.
- Provide occasional ground keeping services, such as snow removal as needed.
- Perform general cleaning when needed.
- Observe and monitor the property and surroundings for any potential issues, taking appropriate action as needed.
- Assist with loading and unloading of trailers for events and delivering items to their respective department or storage location.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Full-time position available
- Monday – Friday, 8am – 5 pm
- This position is on-site only at our headquarters in Amarillo, Texas.
